Much of Redondo Beach was built between the 1950s and the 1970s. When an older house no longer fits the way you live, replacing it can make more sense than another round of remodeling. We handle new construction from lot evaluation through the final certificate of occupancy, including tear-down-and-rebuild projects and ground-up builds.
Lots differ across the city. North Redondo lots tend to be flatter and larger. Hillside lots in the Hollywood Riviera bring slope, drainage, and access into the design from the first sketch. Some lots near the Esplanade sit in the Coastal Zone. Every project goes through the Redondo Beach Community Development Department, and we prepare the submittals and manage plan check ourselves.
