What Sets Us Apart
Most custom home projects in the South Bay stall before construction starts. The lot has a problem nobody caught, the plans exceed what the city allows, or the budget was set before anyone priced the site. We look at those issues first, as both the builder and the broker, before you spend money on design.
Build costs in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach typically run $550 to $1,300 per square foot. At that level, early decisions on footprint, height, and finishes carry real weight, for your budget and for what the home is worth when it is done.
Every new home we have built since 2021 uses ZIP System sheathing, and we add a secondary water-resistive barrier where the exposure calls for it. This close to the ocean, keeping water out of the wall assembly is the detail that matters most over the life of the house.
