Renovations & Additions
Levine Homes Real Estate and Construction handles kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, ADUs, and whole-home renovations across the South Bay. Every project is run by a licensed general contractor (CSLB B-985034) who is also a licensed real estate broker (DRE 01928630).
Managed Like a New Build
We run a remodel the same way we run a ground-up build: a written scope, a schedule we keep current as the job moves, and one point of contact for the whole project. Older South Bay homes often hide problems behind the walls, such as undersized framing, outdated wiring, or past unpermitted work. We plan for that before demo, not after.
Remodel With the Market in Mind
Before you commit to a scope, we look at it the way a buyer would. In this market, some upgrades return most of their cost at sale and some do not. As a broker who prices South Bay homes, Mike can tell you which is which, so your money goes where it counts.
If the plan changes and you decide to sell, we can list the home too.

Additions, structural changes, ADUs, and most electrical and plumbing upgrades go through city plan check. Each South Bay city runs that process differently, and lots in the Hermosa Beach coastal zone can add a Coastal Commission review. We prepare the submittals, answer plan-check comments, and schedule inspections through final sign-off.
Kitchen remodels Full renovations and layout changes, designed around how you actually cook and live.
Bathroom remodels From small updates to full primary suite renovations.
It Starts Here
We offer a phone consultation to understand your needs, answer your questions, and explore what’s possible. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting to take the next step - no pressure, no obligation.
